For Memo Online Store Products, shipping within the continental United States is free, notwithstanding oversize parcel fees and costs for special requirements associated with palettized shipments. Memo Online Store Products are shipped fully assembled and boxed, via parcel or freight carriers. Depending on your order size and location, Memo will select the most cost-effective method for all shipments. Shipments totaling under 500lbs will ship unpalletized. Shipments over 500lbs will ship palettized. Customers unable to receive palettized shipments, can choose unpalletized methods for additional fees – calculated at the time of check-out.

Supplemental shipping charges are as follows for unpalletized oversized parcels on the following products:

Memo carriers provide outdoor delivery to front door or dock area only, using standard and typical delivery vehicles and methods. Liftgate and/or special fees may apply in the event your shipping destination cannot be serviced by standard delivery vehicles, requires extra handling, and/or cannot receive palettized shipments.

Supplemental shipping charges are as follows for palletized shipments:

$150	Liftgate
$350	Small Truck/Van Service for limited access roads

At this time, delivery scheduling and signature requirements are currently not available, however Memo’s customer service team will provide tracking via email for all shipments.

Shipping outside of the continental United States is subject to limitation and not included. Shipments outside of the continental United States will be assessed and quoted on a case by case basis.
